Shipping Information
We ship worldwide from our global fulfillment network — including overseas regional warehouses and our main warehouse in China. Depending on stock availability and your destination, your order may be dispatched from the warehouse closest to you (often faster) or from our China warehouse. Every order is fully tracked, and your tracking information will show the dispatch origin.
Delivery estimates below are not guaranteed — international shipments can occasionally be delayed by customs, postal strikes or severe weather. If you don’t receive your order within the estimated window, contact us at [email protected].
Order Processing
- Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Most orders leave the warehouse within 2 business days.
- Confirmation: you’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout, and a second email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
- Dispatch origin: shown in your tracking information once the carrier scans your parcel.

For most destinations, delivery typically arrives within the ranges above. Remote areas or islands may take longer and may incur an additional surcharge of up to US$40.
Free Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $69. Express and other expedited options are always charged at the full shipping rate. Free shipping is calculated after discounts, before taxes and duties.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
- Standard Shipping: tax and duty are prepaid by us in most regions, so there are usually no additional charges at delivery.
- Fast Shipping: you may be required to pay import taxes or duties on arrival. Please check your country’s customs rules before ordering.
- Some products may be restricted in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure the items you order are permitted in your jurisdiction.
Important Notes
- Address: keep your shipping address within 30–40 characters; overly long addresses may cause delivery failures.
- Voltage: we ship the correct power plug and voltage adapter for your country by default. If you need a different one, email us before ordering.
- Out of stock: if a product is unavailable or delayed, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or exchange — your choice.
- Discreet delivery: every order arrives in plain, unbranded packaging with a neutral label, regardless of shipping method.
